Patch to fix Loader Threading problems with a flood of "monitorLog"
This patch will now make "monitorLog" messages process is a multi-threaded way 
with concurrency maintained at a "AGENT_" + monitorName key 

I am not sure if we will have concurrency issues with "MonitorList" as it's a single
message proceeded by the not assigned thread for a number of monitors
