A primary concern for any organization interested in implementing a 3rd party solution is support, especially if that solution is freely downloadable

With the MQAttach Product Suite this concern is mitigated, while our product suite for managing and monitoring your Websphere MQ-MFT/FTE is freely downloadable, and basic functionality is provided at no cost, we do however provide a more comprehensive Support Service:

Being on support gives you as a customer the following advantages:

  • 24-hour Telephone/Email/Web Meeting Support and assistance with respect to the Software with full ticket logging and tracing
  • Access to features and documentation not available to non-support customers (Exits, Watchers and a number of features coming in Version 2 just to name a few)
  • A simple annual costing model based on the size of production environment and covers your entire enterprise
  • Updates and Minor Updates when and if available and related online-documentation
  • Web-meetings to demonstrate new features including regular status meetings with us if you so choose
  • Clarification of functions and features of the Software
  • Clarification of the Documentation
  • Clarification and Basic Support Guidance in the use of the IBM Websphere MQ-MFT/FTE Product 
  • Guidance in the operation of the Software
  • Error Verification, Analysis and Correction
  • Consultation with the Customer regarding upcoming developments, and seek the Customer’s opinion and feedback on the future developments in the pipeline
  • Software modules deemed to be chargeable to non-support customers free of charge
  • Software patches and fixes as may become necessary
  • Consideration of custom developments/ideas instituted by the customer, including those developments being given development priority when determining future product development schedules
  • 1st Level Webpshere MFT Support based on extensive experience in the Websphere MQ/MFT ecosphere 

Costs

At MQAttach our primary focus is create great software that people want to use, and derive value from. Our business model is based on a Simple Cost Effective Support Based Revenue Model

Customers pay  One Annualized Fee and it covers everything, and all environments (Production/Test/QA) - no hidden charges or costs, and the fee you pay is based on the Size of your ProductionImplementation according to the following Bands:
