Boomi Connector LicenseÂ
Connector License Agreement
Connector source code is proprietary software developed by MQAttach and licensed for use exclusively on the Boomi Atomsphere Platform.Â
It is provided to Boomi Inc. under the Boomi Technology Partner Program.
Boomi Inc. is granted
- A royalty free, non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, test and distribute the connector on the Boomi platform
- Internal access to the source code for compliance, testing and fallback maintenance purposes as outlined in the Boomi Technology Partner Platform Agreement (March 2025)
This source code is stored in a Boomi-controlled Bitbucket repository for platform integration and compliance purposes only. It is not released publicly or open-sourced.
Redistribution, reverse -engineering, sub-licensing or modification outside of these terms is strictly prohibited.
MQAttach retains all IP rights except those explicitly granted to Boomi Inc. under this agreement.
NOTICE: Shared Library Dependencies
Connectors may include binary only dependancies on internal shared libraries maintained by MQAttach.
These libraries:
- Are hosted in a publicly accessible Maven repository (e.g. Github Pages, JFrog or Nexus)
- Are provided as pre-compiled JARS only
- Are not open source and do not expose source code
- Are licensed solely for use within the Connector as deployed on the Boomi Atomsphere Platform
Critical Dependency Notice:
One or more of these shared libraries may be critical to the functionality of this Connector. Their absence or modification will result in the Connector being non-functional.
Boomi Inc. is granted:
– Access to the precompiled binary form of these libraries for validation, testing, certification, and platform deployment
– The right to request metadata, dependency information, or additional compliance documentation as necessary under the Boomi Technology Partner Program
Use of these libraries in any other context, or for reverse engineering, redistribution, or modification, is strictly prohibited
