Our pricing is module-based and is designed around the technology you choose, allowing you to mix and match modules that best suit your requirements. Our pricing is annual that includes one production and four non-productions.
What support do you provide to customers?
Our comprehensive support services encompass a versatile range of communication channels, including a ticket system, calls, or web meeting, tailored to your specific needs. Operating hours span Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, with flexibility for clients outside this time zone to pre-arrange support schedules. We welcome enhancement requests, and should it contribute to system-wide improvement, it is seamlessly added at no extra cost. For client-specific enhancements, we engage in open negotiations to determine any associated development costs. We do provide support during installation sessions.
