Our product, Integratd delivers transactional monitoring, offering comprehensive end-to-end insights into the activities within your Managed File Transfer (MFT) environment as transactions progress from source to destinations.  We ensure thorough monitoring of every stage, providing detailed information on occurrences and errors with precise date and time stamps.

Immediate notifications are triggered for errors, warnings, and halted processes, making our system a robust monitoring solution for IBM MFT. Beyond monitoring, our system extends management capabilities, allowing users to pause and resume monitors, conduct agent pinging, and more.  It is a feature-rich solution designed to enhance control and visibility in your MFT operations.

Utilizing our Monitor for Resource Monitors, resource tracking and monitoring are seamlessly executed, regardless of their quantity.  Integratd promptly identifies incoming data, automatically triggering subsequent process steps.

In contract to MQ-Explorer, our product offers the advantage of accommodating multiple users simultaneously, enabling them to access and view data without any associated overhead.  Data persistence is ensured over extended periods through a highly efficient document storage database, facilitating concurrent logins and collaborative work on a singular set of data by multiple users.

From a managerial perspective, Integratd provides the user with the capability to pause, stop, or resume monitors.  Additionally, it supports the importation of monitors via an Excel template, offering a range of other functionalities for an enhanced user experience.

Integratd provides a full operational monitoring and management of agents.

From a management perspective a user can ping agents, restarting or changing of parameter of an agent from the Web interface without physical logging in from that machine.

IBM MFT Features User Extension Points (Exits) in its code, enabling MFT to transfer control to a Program.

Leveraging these points, our module, Integratd maximizes functionality by offering a range of supplementary extensions for IBM MFT.  This provides an opportunity to enhance capabilities and flexibility without delving into intricate coding. 

Numerous additional extensions, including copy, permission rights, and archiving, among others, are at your disposal.

In a single use case, various extensions can be combined to achieve the desired outcome, allowing for a customized and flexible approach. 

Our module also includes extensions that furnish MFT Resource monitors for an IBM MFT Bridge Agent.  This functionality enables users to monitor file systems on remote SFTP servers, seamlessly incorporating them as needed into their operations.

The IBM MFT solution offers Protocol Bridge Functionality, enabling MFT customers to seamlessly send and receive files from External Partners via Standard FTP/SFTP Protocols, all while seamlessly integrating these interactions into the MFT ecosystem.  Despite the power of the MFT Bridge, it has some limitations, notably the lack of support for Pre and Post Processing.  Our product, Integratd provided Extensions, included as part of our offering, are specifically crafted to address Pre and Post Processing on the SFTP or FTP server at various stages during the transfer.

Bridge Agent configuration

Our automated “Event” based file transfer “Pull” capability for MFT Protocol Bridge Agents are available in Integratd.  The Integratd for Bridge Monitor, removes the need to have schedulers triggering on constantly when no files are available, thus allowing Open Protocol endpoints configured in the MFT Protocol Bridge Agent to be fully integrated into automated capabilities of IBM Managed File Transfer.
